    Purchased a car & after 2 months the clutch had started to wear, dealer was very helpful & replaced clutch for me free of charge. All their cars come included with warranty so very helpful.

    Lack of customer service.

    I emailed texted and WhatsApped regards to a vehicle for part ex all I got was automated messages and 0 communication for 2 days trying to contact them I finally got a response saying they are still pricing up my car and will let me know the next day 3 days to price a car up for part ex then a lack of communication for me having to chase them up on all platforms of contact for a part ex evaluations is poor will be taking my business elsewhere.

    We told you a number of times that we were closed for 3 days due to a family bereavement , you kept contacting us asking for a price and we told you it would be done when we reopen.

    First class service. Great communication with Jak prior to viewing the vehicle which I bought. Seamless and fast process on the day and great aftercare again by Jak. I will definitely visit again.
