    Excellent service from start to finish. Jac and his team were great. I was collected from the station, which was helpful. The car was absolutely as described in the ad and on the phone. Communication and paperwork etc. was all good too. These guys are honest and reliable- I’m a very happy customer with my new Mini Cooper!!

    Terrible customer service

    Terrible communication skills on the dealerships side. I phoned Thursday about a car and to come see it on Saturday. The call lasted all of 1 minute as he sounded more interested in getting off the phone. He Didn't give any info on the car, just said to come see it Saturday morning. I tried to ask about part exchange and he just said i'll text you. Not helpful at all. Friday comes and he's sold the car. He Never bothered to ask if we were interested enough to put a deposit down to secure the car. Then blamed me for not securing the car 1st without even seeing it. I'm not surprised they wouldn't wait a day to sell it to someone whom has already phoned ahead, or even given us a heads up that someone else was interested so we could then ask to put a deposit down.All i got was a text saying "unfortunately the car has sold" it was Just a terrible all round experience.

    Hey Stefan, I'm sorry for your experience. I have taken a look into a call recording of this call and can confirm that my colleague asked if you would like to put a deposit and you said you will wait to see the car. A few hrs later a customer came to the dealership and purchased the car. If you have not yet found a car we are happy to source you a car and beat any price on Autotrader for a similar spec car as a goodwill gesture. Sorry your experience was not a good one.
